The weather may have been chilly and the wind a little relentless, but spirits were flying higher than the kites we should have brought along! On Saturday, October 17, SK&A staff and their families gathered at Lone Oak Farm Brewery for our annual company picnic, a favorite tradition that brings together colleagues and loved ones for an afternoon of good food, good brews, and even better company.
As always, one of the highlights was catching up with our extended SK&A family. It seems the kids have grown another foot since last year’s picnic, and we had the pleasure of meeting some adorable new arrivals who have joined the family since our last gathering.
Despite the brisk temperatures and gusty winds, there was plenty of warmth to go around. After all, the best part of our annual picnic isn’t the weather (thankfully!), but the people who make SK&A such a special place to work.
