Senior Principal

As a Sr. Principal and member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Brent Stephens, PE, provides leadership and oversight of our Repair + Restoration Division and is a key contributor to firm management. With a career spanning more than 25 years, Brent has been engaged in the management and leadership of a variety of projects including parking garage, plaza, and façade restoration programs. His work has won national awards for structural strengthening and parking structure rehabilitation. Brent guides clients in attaining quality and cost-effective repairs by providing practical, creative repair designs and encouraging collaboration between all parties during Construction.

Expertise

Evaluation, design, and oversight of repairs to building façades, balconies, parking garages, plazas, and roofs including the repair of corrosion-related deterioration, waterproofing needs, and other structural-related deficiencies in concrete, steel and wood existing structures
Construction administrative services for restoration projects including budget estimate development, cost tracking, project coordination, etc.
Structural analysis and design services for alterations or additions to existing buildings including structural strengthening and stabilization
Testing and inspection services including field & laboratory testing and non-destructive evaluation (NDE) procedures for existing structures
