Scott Stewart, PE is Principal-in-Charge of SKA’s DC office.  Scott directs the design teams in SK&A's DC office and is responsible for client relations and project development. He oversees the planning of structural concepts and the development of contract drawings and project specifications in addition to leading structural investigations and feasibility studies. With more than 20 years of experience, Scott’s extensive project portfolio includes mid-rise office buildings, above and below-grade parking structures, high-tech facilities, high-rise residential buildings, religious facilities, public arenas, and institutional buildings, with a particular emphasis on academic facilities.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University in 1991 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Washington DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, North Carolina, and Massachusetts. He is also a licensed Structural Engineer in Arizona.
