The Belnor Senior Residences

The Belnor Senior Residences is a new wood-framed, affordable housing building for seniors. Located on a sloped site (4.72 acres), the four-story facility features 122 apartments as well as multiple amenities, walking path, and accessibility to nearby shopping and transit.

The project’s amenities include retail and office spaces on the ground floor, a fitness center, library, community gardens, green house, golf putting green, and a two-story club room. The site also includes surface parking for approximately 80 vehicles.
