The StateView Hotel

Centrally located on North Carolina State University’s Centennial Campus, the StateView hotel is part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection of independent hotels, each with its own distinctive style.

The full-service 110,713 sf hotel feature a five-story structure with four wood-framed levels bearing on a podium transfer structure at level two. The main entry level includes meeting spaces, ballrooms, lounge, and the lobby. The lowest level is a slab-on-grade structure, partially below grade with walk-out access for a loading dock, pool deck and fitness center. The remaining use of the basement level will be for mechanical rooms and laundry.
