The Commodore is located near the Courthouse Metro Station and will feature 423 apartment units over 18,000 SF of ground-floor retail and three levels of underground parking.

The residential 32-story high-rise is a concrete building with 7’’ thick post-tensioned slabs. The adjacent 7-story tower will serve office tenants.
