We gathered at Lone Oak Farm Brewery for our annual company picnic, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect day. Under sunny skies, kids (and kids-at-heart) played football and scrambled up the rock-climbing wall. Meanwhile, new babies made their first appearance while other little ones seemed to have grown a foot since the last picnic.
Several sweet pups joined in too, happily soaking up attention as colleagues caught up over Oktoberfest brats, seasonal brews, and plenty of laughter. From toddlers to grandparents, and everyone in between, the afternoon was a wonderful chance to relax, connect, and enjoy time together outside of work.
The picnic continues to be a tradition that reminds us SK&A is more than a workplace—it’s a family. It’s a time to pause, step away from projects and deadlines, and simply celebrate not only what we do, but who we are as a community. Between bites and sips, staff had the chance to reconnect, meet spouses, and socialize in a relaxed, festive setting.
