The Dix Street Residences affordable housing development just topped out! We joined MCN Build, Torti Gallas + Partners, Atlantic Pacific Communities, and Nix Development Company for the celebration.
This Ward 7 project, which was supported by the DC Department of Housing and Community Development and the Housing Protection Trust Fund, will offer 47 residential units, ranging from one to three bedrooms. The 4-story structure totals approximately 48k square feet and is expected to deliver later this year.
