On December 7th, 2023 SK&A Team Members Charles Mitchell and Ammar Motorwala, PE presented on “Applying NDE to Plan & Inspect Concrete Repairs.” Theirs was one of several excellent presentations attendees enjoyed at the ICRI Baltimore Washington Chapter Fall Technical Seminar, held in Windsor Mill, Maryland. Below are a few of the slides Charles and Ammar shared as they discussed the practical application of and techniques for Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE). NDE can be used to investigate construction defects, column cracks, deep foundations, or even fire damage.
