Charles is responsible for the management of SK&A’s Testing + Inspection (T+I) services delivery. His role also encompasses business development and project management, ensuring that every aspect of your project meets the highest quality standards and complies with both national and local regulations. His expertise in structural materials, standard test methods, and comprehensive inspection services, together with his profound understanding of how buildings are constructed from the ground up, sets him apart. His impressive portfolio includes notable projects such as The Standard at College Park, Holy Cross Hospital, US Botanic Garden and Conservatory, Constitution Center, and the Philadelphia City Hall Tower. Charles understands the challenges of keeping pace with the rapid progress of construction and prioritizes communication with the construction team, to help your project stay on track.
