We were pleased to celebrate the Topping Out of Twinbrook Quarter with Clark Construction, Torti Gallas + Partners, and HOK.
This 12-story mixed-use tower in Rockville will include a Wegmans grocery store, plus 30,000 SF of retail, and 452 residential units. Delivery of Phase I is 
expected in 2024, with additional phases to follow. In full, the 17-acre Twinbrook Quarter will fill a full city block, accessible from Rockville Pike or the WMATA Red Line. The structural design features Bonded Post-Tension Transfer Girders on the second floor, some of which are 90 feet in length. View up-close photos of these girders here.
