On April 22, 2024, amidst laughter and fond memories, we gathered at Uncle Julio’s to celebrate the remarkable career of David Rodler, PE. Dave began his journey with SK&A in 1989, shortly before the launch of SK&A’s Repair + Restoration division. He was entrusted with management of the division in 1993 and was then elevated to Principal in 2000. His dedication and determination, together with the support of outstanding teammates, made the Repair + Restoration division what it is today: a highly esteemed specialty services division that clients entrust with their most challenging projects.
Last night’s retirement party festivities honored Dave’s decades of contributions to the engineering industry and to SK&A. Beyond his engineering prowess, Dave is also a gifted musician. Thus, it was only fitting that SK&A present him with a mint-green Gretsch Rancher Penguin Parlor Guitar to remember us by.
As David embarks on this new chapter of his life, we extend our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to him and his wife, Jenny. May this retirement be filled with joy, relaxation, and countless new melodies to strum.
