Celebrating Staff Promotions

It is our pleasure to announce the following promotions at SK&A. These advancements recognize individuals who keep raising the bar through continuous learning, who strengthen our work through technical excellence, and who elevate those around them through collaboration and a team-first approach.

Aaron Snyder, PE- Associate

Aaron has distinguished himself through his reliability, thoughtful leadership, and unwavering commitment to project success. He sets a high bar for technical excellence, serves as a trusted partner to our clients, and consistently invests in the growth of the teams around him.

As he steps into the Associate role, Aaron will continue to serve clients as a project manager while expanding his impact as a leader—supporting the development of our staff, strengthening client relationships, and representing SK&A more broadly across projects and partnerships.

 

Jack Przywara, PE – Senior Project Manager

Jack has consistently demonstrated strong technical judgment, dependable project execution, and a steady, solutions-oriented approach to complex repair and restoration work. He is a trusted resource for clients and teammates and plays an important role in maintaining the high standards for which our practice is known.

This promotion recognizes Jack’s growing leadership, experience, and impact within the group.

 

 

David Stringer, PE – Senior Project Manager

David has continued to develop as a leader within the firm through his consistent technical capability, strong follow-through on projects, and effective leadership of both projects and teams. He consistently delivers thoughtful solutions, builds strong working relationships with clients and collaborators, and contributes positively to the development of those around him.

This promotion reflects David’s continued growth and his increasing influence within the Design Group and the firm.

 

 

Sebastian Jongerius, PE  – Project Manager

Sebastian has demonstrated strong initiative, sound technical skills, and growing confidence in managing project responsibilities and coordinating with project teams and clients. This promotion reflects his readiness to take on greater ownership of projects and his continued development as a project leader.

 

We’re excited to see him continue to grow in this next phase of his career at SK&A.

 


Quality Assurance / Quality Control Team Expansion

With the promotion of Sarah Gallis, PE, SE to Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Mike Muir to Assistant QA/QC Manager, we are expanding our QA/QC team—adding senior-level oversight, mentoring, and field-based support to further strengthen consistency, coordination, and clarity in our delivery of services and deliverables.
