Carmel Partners threw a huge Cinco de Mayo-themed Topping Out party for all the construction and design workers who have been building “The Hale,” a 15-Story luxury apartment high rise in NoMA (North of Massachusetts Ave.) designed by ECA Architects. Breaking ground just last November, The Hale has quickly risen to join numerous other SK&A – engineered towers in the NE DC skyline. Carmel Partners commented during the presentation, “SK&A being nimble has helped us achieve our aggressive construction schedule.”
