VERVE College Station has officially broken ground, marking an exciting step forward for this new high-rise student living community located at 311 Stasney Street, just steps from Texas A&M University and the Northgate Entertainment District.
Rising 21 stories, VERVE is set to become a standout addition to the College Station skyline with completion expected in Summer 2028. The planned 824,057-square-foot community with 392 units and 1,193 beds, offers layouts from studio to five-bedroom. The project will also include 930 parking spaces. Highlights include areas for studying, wellness, and social connection with more than 21,000 square feet of indoor amenity space and over 16,100 square feet of outdoor space.
