Oscar Lopez is an Engineering Technician with SK&A’s Repair + Restoration Division. He is responsible for construction testing and inspection services on projects to ensure compliance with ASTM or other applicable standards. He also provides inspection services such as non-destructive and forensic testing as well as concrete and masonry inspection and strength testing. Oscar has been with SK&A for ten years and has multiple certifications with WACEL and ICRI.
