Our last Topping Out of 2022: “The Commodore” in Arlington’s Courthouse Square. We were pleased to partner with Cooper Carry and John Moriarty & Associates on this mixed-use development by Greystar.
The Commodore is located near the Courthouse Metro Station and will feature 423 apartment units over 18,000 SF of ground-floor retail and three levels of underground parking. The structure’s north and south elevations will feature some historic façade materials saved from the Courthouse Landmark site. This 21-story high-rise broke ground in October of 2021 and is slated for completion in the fall of 2023.
