November 01, 2022

Antonio “Tony” Ivory, a Senior Engineering Technician with SK&A, was awarded first place in the 2022 International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) Concrete Repair Tradesman Recognition Awards! Nominees for these prestigious awards are evaluated on the following criteria: their commitment to safety, leadership, reputation throughout the industry, professional achievements, and overall contribution to the concrete repair and restoration industry.

The ICRI Awards Program was held the evening of November 1st at Martin’s West in Baltimore, Maryland.  SK&A’s Director of Testing and Inspections, Charles Mitchell, had this to say about Tony, “I’ve always called Tony my “MOP,” my most outstanding player. …He’s provided mentorship not only to other staff, but also to me at times.” Charles then went on to describe how Tony met every single characteristic of an “Outstanding Employee.” He closed in saying “Not only is he an outstanding employee, but he is also an outstanding person.”
