On November 21, 2024, the NAIOP Northern Virginia Chapter hosted its annual Awards Ceremony at Capital One Hall in Tysons, recognizing exceptional contributions to Northern Virginia’s commercial, industrial, and mixed-use real estate landscape. With thirty-three awards presented across Membership, Transactions, Interiors, and Buildings categories, the event celebrated the innovation and collaboration shaping the region’s built environment.
