Hampden House was awarded a 2023 Washington Building Congress Craftsmanship Award for Underpinning, Foundations and Excavations.

The award was presented at the 2023 WBC Craftmanship Awards Banquet on Friday, March 31st at the Omni Shoreham in Washington DC.
The 25-story tower in Bethesda, Maryland will include 366 apartments, 10,000 square feet of retail, and below-grade parking. This mixed-use, transit-oriented development is slated for completion in 2025.
