The March/April 2022 issue of the Concrete Repair Bulletin featured an article on ICRI’s New Guide No. 110.3-2021, Guide specifications for Cementitious Bonded Overlay written by SK&A Sr. Principal, David Rodler, PE, Sr. Associate, Horace Willis, and Liying Jiang, PE from Structural Technologies. The article features methods and best practices used for specifying cementitious bonded overlay materials in the concrete repair industry along with examples of implementation.
David Rodler is a co-chair of the Evaluation Committee, an ICRI Fellow and a current member of ICRI’s Publications and Guide Specifications Committees, and past president of the ICRI Baltimore-Washington Chapter. He also served two terms on the ICRI National Board of Directors, and the ICRI TAC Committee. Horace Willis is a current member of the Guide Specifications Committee, Education Committee, and past president of the ICRI Baltimore-Washington Chapter.
