“In May 2022, the Hoffman-Madison Waterfront development team behind The Wharf delivered the iconic office towers 670 & 680 Maine Avenue, which have set a new standard for office space in Washington, DC. With The Wharf’s highly anticipated Phase 2 delivering in October 2022, the waterfront trophy office towers totaling over 500,000 square feet help anchor The Wharf to DC’s skyline and create a visually compelling addition to this unique waterfront neighborhood. The project consists of two 11-story office towers that combine customizable office space with efficient floor plates offering expansive views of the DC skyline. With incredible waterfront views and gleaming glass elements, 670 & 680 Maine Avenue infuse Phase 2 of The Wharf with the energy, inclusivity, and vitality that have brought global acclaim and enthusiasm to the exciting waterfront neighborhood,” (The ULI Washington 2023 Awards Ceremony Program).
