On August 1, 2023, Donohoe Construction Company threw the Topping Out party for the Auburn Avenue multifamily development in Bethesda, MD.
SK&A Structural Engineers joined Potomac Development Group and BCT Design Group for the celebration.
Located in Woodmount Triangle, at the intersection of Norfolk and Auburn Avenues, this highrise apartment building has ground-floor retail and 167 residential units ranging in size from approximately 550 to 1,500 square feet. The structure is 11 stories above grade and has 3 stories of below-grade parking. Amenities include a fitness center, lounge, and several green roof terraces. These terraces were achieved by creating a unique tiered-volume design aimed at a comfortable transition of heights from the neighboring residences to this new development. The project is slated for completion in the Summer of 2024.
