The honored projects span school modernization, large-scale waterfront mixed-use development, transit-oriented office-to-residential conversion, and multifamily construction.
We are pleased to congratulate our industry partners on their recognition in the 2026 Washington Building Congress Craftsmanship Awards. Four SK&A projects collectively earned five awards this year, reflecting the skill, coordination, and attention to detail that help bring complex building projects to life.
Now in its 70th year, the WBC Craftsmanship Awards continue to celebrate exceptional workmanship across the Washington region’s construction industry. Since the program’s first awards were presented in 1956, more than 15,000 skilled craftspeople have been honored for their work on more than 3,700 winning entries.
SK&A is grateful to have contributed alongside the architects, contractors, owners, developers, subcontractors, and craftspeople whose work made these recognitions possible.
