The Fallyn Apartments and Hotel Fraye are part of a mixed-use development located at 19th Avenue and Broadway near Nashville’s Music Row neighborhood. The development consists of a 26-story, 347-unit residential building and a 16-story, 200-key boutique hotel, which sit atop a five-story above-grade parking garage for 480 cars.

The Fallyn features resort-level amenities including lounge and co-working spaces, outdoor terrace, gaming area, and a bar and lounge area with panoramic city views. Hotel Fraye includes two restaurants, a banquet hall, meeting spaces, and an indoor/ outdoor bar. Other amenities include a swimming pool and fitness center, which is shared between the two buildings.
