The StateView Hotel

Centrally located on North Carolina State University’s Centennial Campus, the StateView hotel is part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection of independent hotels, each with its own distinctive style. The hotel features 164 rooms, an on-site restaurant with outdoor patio, business center, outdoor pool, and fitness center.

The full-service 110,713 sf hotel consists of a five-story structure with four wood-framed levels bearing on a podium transfer structure at level two. The main entry level includes meeting spaces, ballrooms, lounge, and the lobby. The lowest level is a slab-on-grade structure, partially below grade with walk-out access for a loading dock, pool deck, and fitness center. The remaining use of the basement level is for mechanical rooms and laundry.
