The Homewood Suites hotel is located in the vibrant Capitol Riverfront area of Washington, DC and is steps away from the Navy Yard metro station, Nationals Stadium, restaurants, retail, and recreation.

The 11-story, 195-key hotel features cast-in-place concrete framed construction utilizing flat plate post-tensioned slabs. There is underground parking for 40 cars and the ground floor contains retail (5,000 sf), hotel amenity spaces, and back-of-house functions. The second floor contains an above-grade pool and fitness center. Other amenities include a lounge, dining area, meeting space, and roof terrace. The project is located adjacent to WMATA train tracks, requiring design coordinated approvals from the agency.
