Slated to deliver in late 2023, this 12-story, 420,000 SF Mixed-Use Development by Hoffman & Associates will include 449 residential units, an Apple Tree Public Charter School, 22,500 SF of Retail, including a Good Company Doughnuts cafe, and a Performing Arts space. Located just three blocks from The Wharf in Southwest DC, the site is walking distance from the Metro Green Line Waterfront Station, and also provides 220 parking spaces. The development is designed to achieve LEED Gold.
As the Structural Engineers for this project, our team used cantilevers in the design of the angular balconies and bay windows which will provide tenants and visitors with views of the Washington Monument, the U.S. Capitol and the Anacostia and Potomac rivers.
