On November 14, 2025, we joined partners from Experience Senior Living, NexCore Group, Perkins Eastman, and Hitt Contracting to celebrate the topping out of The Reserve at Falls Church, a new senior living community rising at 246 West Falls Station Blvd in Falls Church, VA.
The Reserve at Falls Church is a 15-story, 215-residence luxury senior living community that will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care within the emerging West Falls mixed-use neighborhood. The transit-oriented, 10-acre district is envisioned as a walkable gateway to the city, with activated green spaces, retail, dining, and cultural amenities surrounding the new community.
Reaching structural height marks a major step toward realizing Experience Senior Living’s vision for a hospitality-inspired, wellness-focused environment where residents can age in place with access to robust amenities and services.
The topping out celebration recognizes the collective efforts of the entire project team and construction crews who have brought the structure to full height, paving the way for the next phase of exterior enclosure, interior build-out, and final completion.
