We congratulate our design and construction partners on each of these award-winning projects!

DC DGS Wins Best Project in Government/Public Buildings

Congratulations to the architect, Perkins Eastman, and to Gilbane Building Co., who submitted this project for the award and shared the following project description:

“The DC DGS Headquarters is a new six-story, 258,000 SF building delivered from kick-off to substantial completion in 18 months. The DGS Headquarters is part of the Northeast Heights Development, encompassing 1,500,000 SF of multi-phase, residential, retail, and office development in Ward 7 of Washington, DC. It is the first government office building to open under Mayor Bowser’s East of the River leasing strategy. To provide interest and aesthetic variation across the stack, Perkins Eastman DC assigned each floor a concept based on the sights and sounds DC residents can experience each day, which informed subtle variations in furnishings and finishes throughout the space.” (View Gilbane’s Announcement)

WilmerHale Wins Best Project in Interior/Tenant Improvement
