Harvey Cleary hosted the Topping Out celebration for the Scottish Rite Apartments, a 158-unit luxury apartment building in DC’s 16th Street Historic District. The apartments take their name from the adjacent Scottish Rite Masonic Temple, with whom the developer Perseus TDC has a ground lease for this multifamily project. A newly constructed underground parking garage will serve both the apartment tenants and Temple patrons.
SK&A has been working with Hickok Cole Architects and Harvey Cleary on the new construction and on the adaptive reuse of the historic Carriage House, which will also be transformed into apartments. The project features some English basement-style apartments and a private courtyard garden.
We recognize the efforts of SK&A Team Members Joseph Uchno, PE and Xavier McGruder for their work on this project and Shambi Eubanks for representing us at this Topping Out.
