Won Roh is our Director of Information Technology, supporting both our Potomac, MD, and Washington, DC offices. Over the past five years, he has made valuable contributions to our company in countless ways, including:
- Achieving cost savings through renegotiation of our IT-related contracts
- Enhancing workforce mobility by upgrading most desktops to laptops
- Ensuring service reliability with improved disaster and backup recovery processes
- Migrating on-premises services, such as email and phone, to the cloud
- Simplifying software implementation and update processes, including remote support
Prior to joining us at SK&A, Won worked for a number of large companies like ABM and ICF but sought out a more family-oriented workplace. Outside of IT, Won enjoys surf fishing in Ocracoke, NC and playing guitar on his church’s praise team.
