The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program is a meaningful tradition at SK&A, and this year our team came together to support five “angels” between the ages of 2 and 10. With help from staff and their families, we checked off each child’s wish list—from winter coats, boots, hats, and gloves to favorite toys like Bluey and Barbie, action figures, fairytale books, and kid-friendly tech such as Kindle and LeapFrog learning tablets.
Gifts were brought back to the office, where our dedicated “Engineering Elves” sorted and prepared everything for delivery to the Salvation Army National Capital Area Command. Special thanks to SK&A Associate Catherine Pastoor, PE, SE, for organizing this effort—and to everyone who helped make Christmas morning brighter for five deserving children.
