Windmill Parc

Located in the Dulles Town Center development, this new apartment community consists of five types of residential apartment buildings, totaling 433 one-to-three-bedroom units. The apartment buildings, 18 in total, is spread out over a 19.4-acre parcel located to the southeast of the Dulles Town Center shopping mall.

The phased construction of the structures included four-story wood-framed buildings, two types of three-story, wood-framed carriage homes, and four one-story retail buildings. The project’s construction also included retaining walls at the stormwater management pond. In addition, SK&A served as the Special Inspections Engineer-of-Record and provided structural testing and inspections of the wood framing.
