Black Hill

Black Hill is a mixed-use development on the 107-acre Black Hills site with 17 multi-family residential buildings including 647 market-rate units. The majority of the buildings have four stories of Type V-A wood-frame construction with underground parking. The site also included storm water management facility designs such as bio-retention structures and park feature designs for more than a dozen structures.

The private community features studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments with open floor plans for comfortable living. Amenities include a large courtyard, pet spa, lounge areas, fitness studio, and limitless outdoor spaces with multiple playgrounds and picnic areas. The site also features nature paths connecting to Black Hill Regional Park, as well as walking and cycling trails.
