Loyan is a valued member of SK&A’s Repair and Restoration Division and is responsible for the preparation of condition assessments of existing structures including visual surveys, field measurements, and repair quantity take-offs. He performs inspections and observations during concrete repairs including contractor repair layout verification, shoring installation review, post-demolition surface preparation and repair detailing review, reinforcing steel cleaning and supplemental steel placement review, and as-built repair quantity measurement.
