Gabriel Frasier, an Engineering Technician with SK&A’s Repair + Restoration Division, assists with the performance of condition assessments of existing structures, including visual surveys, field measurements, repair quantity take-offs, and forensic testing. He also performs inspections and observations during concrete repairs, leak testing, and waterproofing consulting.
