Josue Hernandez

Josue Hernandez, a Structural Engineer with SK&A’s Repair + Restoration Division, is responsible for the preparation of condition assessments of existing structures including visual surveys, field measurements, and repair quantity take-offs.  Josue performs inspections and observations during concrete repair work including contractor repair layout verification, shoring installation review, post-demolition surface preparation, and repair detailing review. Josue also performs inspections and observations of structural restoration and waterproofing work on steel and masonry structures to confirm compliance with contract documents (e.g., specifications, drawings, and approved submittals). Additionally, Josue has developed project specifications and produced structural details for several of his repair projects.
