Brandon Hackey is an Engineering Technician with SK&A’s Repair and Restoration Division. He is responsible for non-destructive testing and forensic testing in accordance with ASTM or other applicable standards. He also provides inspections for concrete to confirm compliance with contract documents. Brandon has a Concrete Level I certification with WACEL.
