The Blake is a new 226,000 sf, multi-family redevelopment replacing a former office building on the site. The development is situated in the heart Alexandria, VA with convenient access to I-395 and is walking distance to nearby retail at the Mark Center. The site includes 300 residential units featuring studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments built around a seven-level, long-span, precast garage. The residential portions of the structure are wood-framed construction over one and two levels of concrete podium.
