- Brooklyn & Church – Uptown Charlotte, NC. Adaptive conversion of Duke Energy’s former HQ into 448 luxury apartments and 55,000 SF of retail, reviving two 1970s/’80s office towers for modern residential life.
- TideLock – Old Town Alexandria, VA. Vertical expansion of two 5-story offices into two 9-story waterfront residential towers with new retail and arts space.
- The Grandview Senior Living – Bethesda, MD. The redevelopment of the 33-acre former Marriott HQ site into Erickson’s first “vertical” senior living community.
- Tyson Point– Tampa, FL. A new 29-acre mixed-use development overlooking Old Tampa Bay. When complete, the development will feature 800 apartments, 20,000 sf of retail and restaurants.
- The Iris – Washington, DC. 13-story, 430-unit residential tower in NoMa kicking off the 1133 North Capitol redevelopment.
- 2100 Penn – Washington, DC. Award-winning, 11-story, V-shaped trophy office in Fogy Bottom with post-tensioned slabs and ground-floor retail.
