Jefferson at Inigo’s Crossing

Jefferson at Inigo’s Crossing is an award-winning residential complex constating of two buildings.  One structure is a four-story plus loft wood-framed building with 198 apartment units constructed over a four-story, below-grade concrete-framed parking garage for 750 cars.

The second building is a nine-story, 275-unit concrete-framed apartment building with 10,000 sf of amenity space for a clubroom, leasing office, lobby, great room, business, and fitness centers. The parking structure is connected to the nine-story building via a below-grade and grade-level tunnel. Residential buildings total 550,000 sf, the parking garage is 245,000 sf plus about 20,000 sf of outdoor decks.
