Adaire

Part of a 7,000,000 sf mixed-use development, the Adaire is conveniently located within walking distance to the Spring Hill Road Metro on the Silver Line. It is the first completed block along Condominium Drive in the Spring Hill Station community.

The Adaire is a 35-story high-rise residential building with above-grade parking, and a limited entry-level retail component. The building contains 27 above-grade residential levels, six levels of above-grade parking, a ground-level retail/public service area, and two underground parking levels. The building’s design program included 400 dwelling units, with a gross floor area of 390,248 sf (including 13,517 sf of retail), and parking for a total of 554 cars.
