Parcel H, “The Yards DC Urby,” in Washington, D.C. just Topped Out! SK&A Structural Engineers joined HITT Contracting, WDG Architecture, Ironstate Development, Brookfield Properties, Urby, and Felice Development Group for the celebration.
Taking full advantage of the waterfront views in the Capitol Riverfront district, the 494,006 SF building is designed with terraces on the sixth and twelfth floors, along with a ground-level public courtyard. This multifamily structure fills the entire block and will feature 478 residential units, 26,000 SF of retail space, and two levels of underground parking. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.
