Michael Camarda Recognized in ICRI’s 40 Under 40 Awards

SK&A Project Manager, Michael Camarda, PE is a recipient of the 2021 International Concrete Repair Institute’s (ICRI) 40 Under 40 Award.  The prestigious award recognizes 40 accomplished professionals within ICRI who are under the age of 40, that demonstrate a high potential for continued success in leadership roles as well as a strong commitment to the mission of ICRI.  Michael is currently serving as a Director and Chair of the Newsletter and Communications Committee with the ICRI’s Baltimore-Washington Chapter.

Michael is a member of SK&A’s Structural Repair and Restoration Division and has been with SK&A for over 10 years.  He has worked on many high-profile building envelope and structural restoration projects.  Michael’s project portfolio includes high-rise commercial and residential buildings, historic structures, above- and below-grade parking facilities, roof replacements, façade repairs, and plaza restorations.  Significant projects that he has worked on include: the Watergate Office Building garage and exterior restoration, which placed 1st in the ICRI Baltimore-Washington Chapter 2019 Outstanding Project Awards; and Kenwood Condominium garage and plaza restoration, which placed 3rd in the ICRI Baltimore-Washington Chapter 2014 Outstanding Project Awards.  He also worked on the award-winning Watergate Hotel renovation and restoration program.
