The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Headquarters Renovation project has been awarded an AIA DC Chapter citation for “Resources.” The project statement shared by AIA DC explains that this new USGBC headquarters “embodies their brand and mission to reduce the negative impacts of the built environment.” The design of the renovation focused on sustainability, resilience, and community engagement.
