David Klein, PE

David Klein, an Assistant Project Manager with SK&A, is responsible for the performance of structural condition surveys, the production of drawings, specifications, and field inspections of projects for conformance with design drawings and specifications.  He is proficient in performing plaza waterproofing services as well as structural investigations and designing repairs for a variety of project types such as façades, parking garages, balconies, and roofs involving steel, reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, wood, and masonry structures.  David also holds various WACEL concrete certifications and is a SPRAT certified member of SK&A’s rope access team.
