Project Manager

David Klein, PE, is a Project Manager at SK&A, specializing in structural repair and restoration, as well as structural condition assessments. David excels in developing creative structural strengthening and repair solutions, including the use of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) and fiber-reinforced cementitious matrix (FRCM), as well as adaptive reuse and building renovations. His expertise includes structural investigations and designing repairs for diverse structures such as façades, parking garages, balconies, and roofs, involving steel, conventionally reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, precast concrete, wood, and masonry. David places a strong emphasis on façade condition assessments, leveraging his SPRAT certification as part of SK&A’s rope access team, where he serves as the team’s Rope Access Supervisor. He also holds multiple WACEL concrete certifications and is proficient in plaza waterproofing.
