Cetin Karabulut, PE

Cetin Karabulut, PE, began his career with SK&A in 1977, joining forces with SK&A’s Founding Principal, Azer Kehnemui, DSc, PE. The two had met at engineering school in Istanbul and had remained longtime friends. Cetin held various positions over the course of his 30 years at SK&A, ultimately becoming our Director of Quality Control. In this capacity, he not only meticulously reviewed construction documents but also served as a guiding force and mentor to our staff. With an abundance of engineering knowledge and experience, Cetin played an integral role in shaping the expertise of SK&A’s technical team. Even after retiring from the firm in 2007, his commitment continued through serving as our project quality control consultant for many more years.
