On May 5, 2023, Balfour Beatty threw the Topping Out party for 1018 West Peachtree, aka “Momentum Midtown.” SK&A Structural Engineers joined Toll Brothers, WDG, Forrest Perkins, Kimley Horn, and Jordan & Skala for the celebration.
Residents of Momentum Midtown Towers will enjoy views of the Downtown Atlanta Skyline, some of which are captured in this video. Located along West Peachtree Street, just half a mile from the Georgia Institute of Technology, the 35 and 37-story towers total nearly 1.2 million square feet, including nearly 400,000 square feet dedicated to student housing. The high-rise development is anticipated to be completed in 2024.
